Tekiji Pro — license

What your subscription gives you

Tekiji Pro is provided by RINSAI TECH Inc. (株式会社凛彩テック), 3-13-3-302 Akasaka, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka 810-0042, Japan. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

In each subscription month you may name up to 3 TSE-listed companies by email to weeklyreply@tekiji.jp. A subscription month runs from the day of the month your subscription began to the day before that date in the following month — start on the 28th and your months run the 28th to the 27th. Where a month has no matching date, the period ends on that month's last day. An annual plan contains twelve such months, three requests in each, thirty-six a year. For each company you name, we send you, within 3 business days and privately by email:

• an English page built from that company's most recent earnings release (決算短信) — a summary, the cover-page figures traced to their source, and our verification checks; and
• the facts.json file behind those figures.

Delivered pages are not published on our site. Unused requests do not roll over; they lapse at the end of each subscription month. A request does not count against your three if the company already publishes its own English earnings release (we will tell you) or if we cannot fulfil it, for example because no earnings release exists for that company (we will tell you that too).

Your license

Your subscription grants one named individual — you — a single seat. You may use the pages and files we deliver for your own internal purposes: read them, analyze them, load them into your own tools, and keep copies on your own devices.

What you may not do

Do not redistribute the delivered pages or files, or substantial portions of their contents, in any form. That includes: sharing them with anyone else (colleagues included), publishing or posting them, reselling or sublicensing them, bundling them into a product or dataset you distribute, or making them available through a shared drive, repository, or API others can access.

Publishing your own analysis and conclusions drawn from what we deliver is fine — republishing our pages or data itself is not.

Teams and redistribution

Team use and any form of redistribution require a separate license. Contact weeklyreply@tekiji.jp — we answer quickly.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Your subscription is $29 USD per month or $290 USD per year, per your plan, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, via the Stripe customer portal or by emailing weeklyreply@tekiji.jp; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can keep naming companies until then. There is no cancellation fee. Fees already paid are not refunded pro rata. Pages and files already delivered to you remain yours to use under this license after cancellation; you stop being able to make new requests.

If something we delivered is corrupted, incomplete, or wrong, tell us and we will correct and re-send it.

No warranty

Our pages are compiled with care from the filer's own public disclosure, but they are provided as is, without warranty of completeness or accuracy. They are a summary in English, not a substitute for the filer's own document, and they are not investment advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RINSAI TECH Inc.'s liability under this license is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Fukuoka District Court as the agreed court of first instance — subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
